They have the right to request changes to those records if they can prove they are currently wrong. Information about a student's records will not be disclosed to third parties without the express written consent of the student (including transcripts and financial records). However, América Academics reserves the right to disclose such records to its contractors and government agencies as necessary to carry out the ordinary operations of América Academics, including tax reporting, compliance with federal and state laws and court orders, and financial complications or audits.
