The School of Professional Christian Ministry offers specialized training that aims to equip leaders for ministry service in critical areas of ministry. Our students, ministry and lay leaders, receive world-class accelerated training that provides biblical Christ-centered solutions to the problems and challenges they face in the directional church ministry and pastoral ministry. Seminar 1: The Theology of the Cross-Cultural Church

Seminar 1 will provide a theological understanding of the cross-cultural nature of the church by virtue of its calling. This first conference establishes a fundamental theological understanding of the nature of the church, its identity, and why we should engage in cross-cultural ministry. It will also lay the foundation for understanding that the enterprise of the church is entirely a ministry of the Holy Spirit. Learning Outcome: By the end of this session, students will be able to articulate fundamental theological understanding of the cross-cultural nature of the church.

Seminar 2: Understanding of Human Experience and Behavior

The threefold nature of the human heart that responds through cognition, affection, and volition and its influence on cultural worldview.
a) Seminar Focus: Seminar 2 will focus on understanding the human heart and its nature. This class will focus on how the human heart makes dynamic decisions when interacting in different environments. This conference is relevant to cross-cultural ministry because people not only belong to a social culture, but they also move dynamically to make decisions. b) Learning Outcome: By the end of this session, students will be able to understand the inner workings of human nature, behavior and its connection to culture.

Seminar 3: 
Understanding Multi-Cultural Diversity and Cross-Cultural Interaction

A biblical understanding of cross-cultural ministry in the local church. a) Session 3 introduces students to a practical understanding of the cross-cultural inner workings of the local church and the phenomenon occurring in cosmopolitan cities and how the church can capitalize on these opportunities within the local church and beyond. This conference explores cross-cultural ministry considering the purpose, identity, and mission of the church. b) Learning outcome: At the end of this session, students will be able to understand cross-cultural ministry in the local church.

Seminar 4: Organizational Leadership applied to Ministry

Develop leadership skills for cross-cultural ministry.
a) Session 4 teaches students about organizational leadership and servant leadership principles in the context of the local church for ministry dynamics. b) Learning Outcome: At the end of this session, students will have knowledge of leadership theory and servant leadership skills and will be able to be better leaders.

Seminar 5: Leadership and Discipleship of Ministry Teams

Leadership and discipleship of cross-cultural ministry teams.
a) Session 5 provides students with the tools necessary to lead, motivate, and disciple effective ministry teams. b) Learning Outcome: At the end of this session, students will have a working knowledge of how to lead ministry teams in the local church context.

Seminar 6: Relational Discipleship integrated to the Local Church

Principles of biblical discipleship and spiritual parenting in multicultural contexts. a) Session 6 trains students in the principles of biblical discipleship and spiritual parenting. Students will see discipleship as spiritual nurturing and not simply educational programs. b) Learning Outcome: At the end of this lecture, students will be able to understand biblical discipleship and spiritual parenting and help believers grow in their relationship with God.
